A must for any restaurateur, manager, hospitality professional, and culinary practitioner, this course teaches more than the art of great service. This 3-month program familiarizes students with the different service styles such as French, German, and Russian. From table set-up to menu creation, students develop the art of delivering remarkable service and creating a memorable dining experience. AICA is one of the few culinary schools in the country that offer this unique concentration.
