This course spans 7 sessions, with each topic a preparation for the culminating event.
The Catering elective is very useful not only for those planning to get into entrepreneurship, but also for those who are currently running their catering business. This class teaches you to manage your time, resources, people, logistics, and production. The program culminates in a full-blown catering function, where students apply all their knowledge in total events management.
