Learning how to use a knife isn't as difficult or scary as it sounds. In fact it's a vital part of developing good cooking skills and being efficient and safe in the kitchen. Recently, our new  students in Fundamentals of Professional Cooking at AICA Manila Campus, learned their fantastic knife skills with Chef Nicki Zamora. During their hands-on class, everyone took turns slicing and dicing carrots, cabbage and potatoes with gusto.
