Not too long ago, I envisioned the birth of an institution that would effectively motivate and develop individuals wishing to start a career in Culinary Arts. Today, that vision has been realized and continues to be pursued with the same passion and commitment from our faculty, staff and yours truly. Through the use of cutting-edge facilities and capitalizing on our 14 to 1 student-teacher ratio, we endeavor to consistently provide unparalleled hands-on training programs. Our students are destined to be creative and efficient from the moment they join the Academy. As a standard, best effort alone is unacceptable since this is simply not enough in the real world.
