AICA Students made their Alma mater proud again as they consistently triumphed each of their respective categories with passion and skill. Our students gave their bests as they executed their winning dishes with good judgement, culinary flare and a display of exceptional guidelines from their supportive mentors. Pork Category - John Uhry Valley (Bronze Medal), Arlyne Branda (Silver Medal); Pasta Category - Amor Berdach (Bronze Medal), Barbara Trinidad (Bronze Medal); Young Chefs Category - Ron Ericson Dela Cruz (Bronze Medal) and John Ryan Habijan (Bronze Medal).
The Philippine Culinary Cup is one of the most prominent competitions in the country showcasing talents form different renowned sectors in the field of Culinary. The said 4-day competition was held last August 3-6, 2011 at the SMX Convention Center. Simultaneously, World Food Expo (WOFEX) opened its doors to food clienteles, food and beverage products suppliers and service-related providers through an ultimate exposition which took place at the World Trade Center.
