Diploma in International Culinary Arts and Professional Kitchen Management

This diploma course is a nine (9) month intensive culinary training program designed for those who are passionate to start a career in the exhilarating world of Culinary Arts. This program lays the proper theoretical foundation and skills essential in the Culinary Industry.

Certificate in Commercial Cooking

This five-month certificate course educates the student with the theoretical foundation and professional skills to prepare him in the exciting field of Culinary Arts. A 14:1 student to chef instructor ratio assures the student of a personalized learning experience.

Certificate of Fundamentals of Professional Cooking

A cook in order to stand out among others needs to have the proper skill and background. This program is designed to lay the foundation of professional cooking for beginners, hobbyist and those who wish to improve their cooking skills.

Certificate of Fundamentals of Professional Baking and Pastry

This course is suitable for people who love baking dishes and sweets, and/or for those planning to set up their own food establishment. This training covers all the major subjects in the practice of the baking and pastry arts.

Certificate of Fundamentals of Professional Asian Cooking

Learn the wonderful art of cooking Asian dishes through this Eight (8) Session Hands-On culinary course focusing on different recipes from different countries all over the region.
